This section contains information about Houston Durga Bari Society which includes a little history and background about Durga Bari, its governing board and trusstee, its working committees, etc. Click through each in the drop-down list to view the section in more detail.
The list under Executive Board contains names of the elected members. The term of the board is two years. The current term started on January 1st of 2009 and will end on December 31st, 2010.
The names in the list under Council of Trusstee include both patrons and six elected members from the general body. The term of the patron are permanent while the term of the elected members is four years.
The Working Committee list contains names of chair of each working committee chosen by the board.The term of the working committee ends with the term of the current Executive Board.
